Unit Description

In this unit, students will learn about coastal ecosystems in Hawaii and the cycling of energy and matter though its in habitants. By exploring the conflict between the Ua'u and the Mongoose, they will learn how invasive mammals have the ability to throw off the natral balance and cause large disturbances to ecosystems
