Rapid ‘Ōhi’a Death

Unit Description

In this unit, students will focus in on the effects of Rapid Ohia Death on Ohia trees and hawaiian forest ecosystems as a whole. Students will also learn about the biocultural history of Ohia, its many structures and their functions, its life cycle, as well as the genetic and evolutionary history of the genus.
